Hyatt House Sterling/Dulles Airport North Hotel

The convenience of being close to Dulles Airport was a major plus for our short transit trip. Despite a minor setback with the parking fee not being disclosed upfront, the kindness of staff in accommodating early check-ins and ensuring a comfortable stay stood out to us. We also had a pleasant experience using the airport shuttle service to and from the hotel.

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! the staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was top-notch. the lobby area had a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for groups and families. the breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of hot and cold options, including a cook-to-order omelet station. the suite I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchenette. the pool area was clean, and I appreciated the availability of towels at all times. I was pleasantly surprised by the continental breakfast, which exceeded my expectations.

The only downside I could point out was that the sofa bed in the room was a bit uncomfortable. the mattress was quite thin, making it difficult to get a restful sleep.

The queen room was large with comfortable beds. My favorite property in Sterling.

The room was brand-new with wine glasses as well as microwave for leftovers. There were a microwave oven, coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator in the room too.

Cold bathroom, and the breakfast itself was really poor, it could be better.

the breakfast was included in the room rate and was delicious, especially the omelette bar. the staff were super helpful and even got a carrot for my kid from the bar kitchen without any issues. the room was trendy, spacious, and spotlessly clean. i loved the big HD TV for watching football and the comfy bed. also, they offer shuttle service, gym, and a pool, which was convenient.

Hip new hotel in a comfortable area just off airport and Airport and Store's. The stuff where fantastically friendly and perfect hole time of my stay.

The nearby Herndon Centennial Golf Course and Dulles Golf Center & Sports Park are perfect for a relaxing family day out. The beautiful greenery and fun activities made it an ideal spot for some quality family time.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from a kids' play area, as it would be a great addition for families traveling with children.

The rooms at Hyatt House Sterling/Dulles Airport North are so cozy and inviting, with premium bedding and a super comfortable workspace. The en suite bathroom with designer toiletries is a nice touch, and some rooms even have a kitchenette and a sofa bed, making it feel like a home away from home.

the hotel is always clean and extremely close to the airport—right next to a sheetz - which is also great. the shuttle service is timely and efficient. the staff is very friendly and helpful, and there's shopping and dining just a short drive away.

Best aspects of my stay were the spacious rooms and the excellent location. the rooms were much larger than expected and provided plenty of space for relaxation. the hotel's proximity to the airport and nearby attractions made it a convenient choice. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Worst aspect was the outdated bathroom facilities. the bathroom had old ceiling lights that flickered and an ancient shower head that poured out excessive amounts of water.

We also appreciated the flexibility of the breakfast service, as they had some items prepared prior to the scheduled start time to accommodate our early Saturday shuttle departure.

It was refreshing to have these options available for unwinding after a long day of meetings.
